We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return—because your peace of mind matters to us.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, email us at elise@psychesupplements.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at elise@psychesupplements.com so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges
Need something else? The quickest way is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
